Analytics Overview

Analytics dashboards are integrated within RICOH IA to provide visual charts that will help you understand and track resource productivity.

There are five tabs available to analyze resource productivity or general activity within RICOH IA: 

• Dashboard: Provides an overall sense of the processing activity for a specified date range. Simple chart formats provide the number of document processed and Active documents by SLA. This dashboard also presents a chart view of Batch Type and Queues, filtered by batch or documents.  

• Document Processing: Provides metrics such as new batches or documents created per day, batch or document processing time, and completed batches or documents.

• Classification: TBD in an upcoming release

• Extraction: TBD in an upcoming release.

• Resource Productivity: Track tasks that users have completed, and how long tasks required to complete. You can filter this data based on user or by batch type.
