Initial Setup Tasks
Last Updated: Version R2510A user with Full Administrator access level is responsible for configuring the system with the following tasks:

Setup the Tenancy: Determine if Single-Sign-On or Multi-Factor authentication is enforced, set the frequency of completed batch removal from the database, and setup Batch Failure Alerts.

Manage User Groups: Group user accounts that can be assigned to specific Batch Types.

Manage User Accounts: Add accounts manually or import accounts.

Configure a Database: Configure a database to enable business rules that can check against data, store new data, or update existing data.

Setup an Integration: Create one or more integrations that can be used by the Designer to connect to downstream document storage locations.
Once these settings are complete, the Designer can proceed to create process flows, batch types, etc.
