Reset Your Password

To change your password, you can either request a new password from the login screen, or you can change the password in Account Preferences Profile settings.

If you forgot your password

If you do not know your current password, you can use the Forgot Password link on the login screen. When you click this link, an email is sent to the email address that is attached to your account. The email will contain a link to rest your password.

To change your password

If you remember you current password, but you want to reset the password to ensure continued security, you can change the password within the Privacy & Security Account settings.

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, click on your account initials.

  2. Select Preferences from the pop-up menu.

  3. Click Privacy & Security from the left menu.

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Enter a new password, and remember to comply with the password policy shown.

  6. Re-enter the same password to confirm, and then click Change Password.

To change cookie settings

You can access Ricoh's cookie policy from the main login page (look for the Cookie Policy link at the bottom of the screen).

If you prefer to accept only "Strictly Necessary" cookies, enable this option and click Save.
