Setup Your Profile

After you login for the first time, you can:

Check profile settings

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, click on your account initials.

  2. Select Preferences from the pop-up menu.

  3. In the Profile Settings screen, verify the following:

    • Your photo: The system uses your login initials until you upload a photo. You can click on the camera icon and upload a new photo for your profile at any time. This photo will appear with in the RICOH IA UI anywhere that your user name is displayed.

    • Name/Email Address: Your full name and email address that was used to set up your account. These fields are not editable. If you need to change the email address, inform your User Management Administrator

    • Language: Choose a language for the RICOH IA screens. Note that this online help is available in English only, and uses screen shots in English throughout.

    • Set Home Page: Choose either New batch, or choose Work Queue. The screen you select appears immediately after login.

    • Assigned Groups: Indicates all user groups that you have been assigned to. Group member can also determine which Batch Types you can access. If you are incorrectly assigned, or require an assignment to another group, contact your User Management Administrator.

    • Assigned Batch Types: If your company uses particular batch types, you will see the batches you have been assigned to here. For example, you may be assigned to Insurance Claims or to Invoice Processing, but not to both types depending on your company requirements.

  4. If you made a change to any of the settings, click Save.

Change your password

To change your password in this screen, you are required to correctly enter your current password. If you do not know your current password, you can logout of the platform, and then click Forgot Password on the login screen.

  1. Click Privacy & Security from the left menu.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Enter a new password, and remember to comply with the password policy shown.

  4. Re-enter the same password to confirm, and then click Change Password.

Limit the use of cookies

You can access Ricoh's cookie policy from the main login page (look for the Cookie Policy link at the bottom of the screen).

If you prefer to accept only "Strictly Necessary" cookies, enable this option and click Save.

Logout

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, click on your account initials.

  2. Select Logout from the pop-up menu.
