User Access Levels

There are 8 different access levels that can be used to establish the privileges of each user within RICOH IA. These levels determine the features and options a user can view and use within RICOH IA. Multiple access levels can be assigned to a user account when the user is responsible for multiple job functions.

When creating user accounts, ensure that you review the table below and only select the access levels that are appropriate. Refer to Manage User Accounts for details.

Only a user that has been assigned the User Management level can administer user accounts and user groups. User Management permissions are required to assign access levels to user accounts.

Level Associated Privileges & Screens
Administrator Access to Account, Databases, and Integrations
AI Model Creator

Create new and edit existing AI models within the AI Model Library screen.

Viewer Activities that require input or evaluation: Review - Validation - Confirmation - Exception - Approval
Analytics Viewer View and Create Dashboards
Designer

  • View the Batch Type Library

  • Create new process flows within the Configure Process Flow screen

  • Databases, Integration, Scanning Profiles, Separation Profiles, Variables, Batch Type Library
Operator

  • Create Batches

  • Activities that require input or evaluation: Review - Validation - Confirmation - Exception - Approval
