Edit a User Account
Last Updated: Version R2510If the user details have changed (group membership, User name, batch type or access level), you can edit the user's account if your account has User Management or Administrator Access Level.
You cannot change the email address associated with an account. If a user wants to change their email address, you will have to delete or deactivate their current account and create a new one.

On the user row, click Edit. Update one or more of these options:

Name.

Access Level. Refer to User Access Levels for details.

Assigned groups. You must choose at least one group that determines their group relationship.

Assigned batch types. This assignment determines the Work Queues that the user can access.

Click Save Changes.
